Find Her Peace is an online yoga and nervous system regulation studio for women aged 35+ in London, Toronto, and Southwestern Ontario, Canada.

With only 30 memberships released each month, we provide our members with exclusive access to evidence-based yoga and nervous system regulation training to support their journeys through perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause.

 #1: Access the Most Well-Rounded Online Nervous System Regulation Studio For Women

​Our Studio offers our members access to evidence-based mind-body therapies through a series of guided experiences called Journeys. These immersive, schedule-friendly experiences range from one to 14 days and are led by highly trained mind-body professionals with both traditional and clinical teaching backgrounds. We make healing adventures out of exploring trauma-informed yoga, somatic techniques, mindfulness practices, calming skills, sound healing, equine immersion (soon), and more. Alongside these journeys, members also gain access to a library of yoga, meditation and sound exercises — available anytime, anywhere. Together, these offerings provide both structure and flexibility, creating a supportive space where members can engage with science-based nervous system regulation while reconnecting with someone often overlooked but deeply important: themselves.

According to the Menopause Foundation of Canada, 40% of women report feeling alone during their menopause transition, even though perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause together can span half of a woman’s adult life. 

In our studio community, we’re friends coming together on a collective pursuit of healing, learning, and supporting each other. Our community mission is to reduce suffering in women 35+ while fostering a space where our wisdom and purchasing power are combined, and real friendships are made.

Mind-body therapies teach us to be intentional. Our studio embodies this, too.

Calming Emotional and Physical Pain

Through immersive experiences, we help women learn and apply mind-body skills that aim to ease both emotional and physical pain. Drawing from a wide range of calming, emotional regulation, and physical empowerment modalities, our expert-led, health-informed programs support diverse health needs — including sleep challenges, panic, hypervigilance, overstimulation, dissociation, intrusive thoughts, grief, mood swings, anger, chronic pain, and more. Our studio complements traditional therapies and equips women with additional tools for their wellness tool belts.

Pricing

Members join our studio for less than a daily latte budget, with a satisfaction guarantee that puts them first — because they are what matter.

Our Studio & Community

Daily Price: $1 + tax.

Annual Cost: $365 CAD + tax​​

Membership billed annually to allow for better content, faster. Pricing is in CAD.
