What We Do

Find Her Peace is an online nervous system regulation studio designed for women across the GTA and Southwestern Ontario, Canada.
With only 30 memberships released to the public each month, our members receive private access to evidence-based experiences that support the full spectrum of women’s health—all for less than $1/day, and only after you try risk-free.

How We Do It
Our online studio focuses on two core offerings for the incredible women we serve:
1. Access the most well-rounded online nervous system regulation
studio designed for women.
2. Join a community of women like you.

#1: Access the Most Well-Rounded Online Nervous System Regulation Studio For Women
Our studio offers members access to evidence-based nervous system regulation through two different pathways:
Journeys and Libraries.
Our journeys are immersive, schedule-friendly experiences that range from one to 14 days and are led by highly trained mind-body professionals with both traditional and clinical teaching backgrounds. They turn healing and growth into structured, daily adventures by exploring trauma-informed yoga, somatic techniques, mindfulness practices, calming skills, sound healing, equine wellness (coming soon), and more—all while tailoring the content to address the unique personal and health needs of women. Our libraries are collections of yoga, meditation, somatic, calming, and sound exercises available for quick use anytime, anywhere.
Together, these offerings provide both structure and freedom, creating a space where members can engage with science-based healing while reconnecting with someone often overlooked but deeply important: themselves.
#2: Join a Community of Women Like You

Our studio is a sanctuary for women pursuing improved holistic health, with a community built around four core pillars of social wellness:
1. Monthly Community E-meets with expert guest speakers.
2. Monthly in-person equine healing retreats.
3. The Laurissa Project:
A community-funded initiative that provides underprivileged or situationally challenged women with mind-body resources.
4. Diary of Find Her Peace:
A bi-weekly newsletter exploring key aspects of women’s health, neuroscience, mental health, menopause, mind-body therapies, inspiration, and more.
Our community doesn’t require posting, social pressure, or energy-demanding activities. It’s women supporting women, united by a shared goal: using our knowledge, voices, and purchasing power to advance our mission of reducing suffering in women.

Your Peace
is Our Business
Find Her Peace was founded by a mother (Tammy) and son (Scott); both experienced and highly certified mind-body teachers. We asked some of their current and past students, as well as fellow teachers to share about them, their teaching style, and the impact they’ve had. Here are a few things we heard…
Matt, Private Student
“They are who I turn to at my worst.”
Tamika, Teacher & Mentor
“Each offering has been thoughtfully created with student self-determination in mind, which means that while you learn, your innate wisdom will be honoured and respected.”
Stephanie, Student
"I’ve had the privilege of experiencing many yoga classes and retreats, but none have compared to the transformative experience I’ve had under Tammy’s guidance."
Nicole, Student
“What I appreciate most is they combine lived mental and physical health experience with mind–body expertise. This allows them to design truly transformational experiences, because they actually understand what people need.”
Catolyn, Teacher & Mentor
“Tammy facilitates meaningful connections and pours her heart and intentionality into everything she does. I highly recommend Tammy as an experienced yoga educator and outstanding wellness leader."
Steph, Student
“She is truly a gift to the yoga community, and I cannot recommend her highly enough.”
